PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
FBA is the prime in a joint venture responsible for the design of the foundation system for a new baseball stadium. FBA is currently performing the complete structural design of the Pavilion Building - a mixed-use facility which will house the Pacific Bell Learning Center, Giants offices and retail spaces.

UNIVERSITY TOWN CENTER
SANTA CRUZ, CA

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Faye Bernstein & Associates is performing the structural design for this fast-track, design-build, five-story structure. The building is designed to house University of California, Santa Cruz foreign students. The bottom floor will house retail space; the upper four stories blend classroom and dormitory space. Located in Santa Cruz's Pacific Garden Mall, the structure is on the former site of the old Ford's Department Store which was a casualty of the 1989 seismic event.
