GROUND TRANSPORTATION CENTER SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SAN FRANCISCO, CA PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Faye Bernstein & Associates provided the structural design of a pedestrian link bridge for the San Francisco International Airport. FBA also performed architectural cladding and blast wall design for the new north and south parking structures. The garages are nine stories each, ranging from 200,000 to 500,000 square feet. The pedestrian bridge will be a steel box truss structure of approximately 500 feet in total length with a center span of 125 feet, and will be supported off the columns for the ART tracks running overhead.
